We can fix this economy

Instead of giving money to these companies that need it, give it to the people to give to the companies that need it.

For example, instead of giving Citigroup any money, give a coupon to everyone that has a Citi card to pay off their debt. The money is still going to Citi, but it is helping the consumer in the process.

And for the rest of the people who were responsible and didnt run up a huge credit card debt, give them a voucher for a new GM car or truck. They pay nothing, get a new car and GM gets the money they need, reduce their inventory and thus have to manufacture more cars.

Just curious. Why is it people get sooooo defensive on discussion boards when someone has a different point of view or disagrees with what someone has to say.

Last time I checked, this was a free country and everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Also, when someone gets banned, why do they keep coming back using different 'handles'?

Why can't people just move on? The internet is a very big place, and I am sure there is some board out there that subscribes to your point of view.
